Buttermilk Waffles

These are the fluffiest waffles EVER. They're sooo good you'll keep going back for more. They have a golden brown outside that's a little crispy and a super fluffy inside... So with that, let's dive in to these little pieces of heaven.

Ingredients:

1 3/4 cup flour

2 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

Pinch of salt

2 eggs'

2 cups buttermilk

1/2 cup vegetable oil

1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:

Combine all of the dry ingredients in a medium sized bowl.

Add all of the other ingredients to the flour mixture and whisk together just until everything is combined. Don't over mix the batter. It's okay if there's a few lumps in the batter.

Preheat your waffle maker and add the batter into the maker until it fills each well (about 1/3 cup of batter). Cook the waffles until they're golden brown on the outside and a little crispy.

You can buy my waffle maker here! (Thank you to Braxton's mom!! The best Christmas gift EVER!)

Serve with:

I always serve waffles with bacon, baked in the oven (once you have bacon in the oven, you'll never eat it any other way, it's SO good). Bake it on a baking sheet at 375 degrees for about 10-14 minutes (depending on how done you like your bacon). I also put a little syrup in a small pitcher or a small cup and warm it up in the microwave for about 30 seconds.

Hope you enjoy!
