Sheetpan Cajun Shrimp Boil

Ingredients:

  • 1 14oz Polska Kielbasa OR Andouille Sausage

  • 1 12oz package frozen jumbo shrimp- thawed, peeled, deveined

  • 2 cups potatoes- cut into 1inch pieces- (I buy the mini potatoes and cut them in half)

  • 4 pieces corn on the cob

  • 1 TBS olive oil

  • 3 TBS melted butter

  • 1 TSP salt

  • 1 TSP pepper

  • 1 TSP cajun seasoning

  • 1 TSP paprika

  • 1 TSP garlic powder

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

  2. Cut the potatoes and boil them for 5 minutes.

  3. Boil the corn on the cob for 5 minutes as well, then slice each cob into 3 pieces.

  4. Slice the sausage.

  5. Add everything into a large bowl, including seasonings, oil, and butter. Combine until everything is evenly coated.

  6. Dump the contents of the bowl onto a sheet pan and then bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.

Serve straight out of the oven, Enjoy!
