Ingredients:
1 14oz Polska Kielbasa OR Andouille Sausage
1 12oz package frozen jumbo shrimp- thawed, peeled, deveined
2 cups potatoes- cut into 1inch pieces- (I buy the mini potatoes and cut them in half)
4 pieces corn on the cob
1 TBS olive oil
3 TBS melted butter
1 TSP salt
1 TSP pepper
1 TSP cajun seasoning
1 TSP paprika
1 TSP garlic powder
Cooking Instructions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Cut the potatoes and boil them for 5 minutes.
Boil the corn on the cob for 5 minutes as well, then slice each cob into 3 pieces.
Slice the sausage.
Add everything into a large bowl, including seasonings, oil, and butter. Combine until everything is evenly coated.
Dump the contents of the bowl onto a sheet pan and then bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 400 degrees.
Serve straight out of the oven, Enjoy!
